About Kamil Grzegorczyk
I am a software engineer, technical lead, and founder of LowGravity, currently living in Vienna, Austria with my wife and two daughters.
I have been building software professionally for more than 20 years, working on projects ranging from small digital products to high-traffic platforms - including front-end development for systems serving up to 1.5 million users per day, as well as substantial backend and infrastructure work.
My experience spans front-end and back-end development, software architecture, infrastructure, Linux, networking, deployment pipelines, and performance. I have worked with JavaScript, PHP, Python, Node.js, React, WordPress, AWS, Docker and many other technologies, but I tend to think of technologies as tools rather than specializations.
For most of my career I have also been running LowGravity, where I lead a small team of experienced developers. We build and maintain complex software systems, often taking responsibility for projects that require more than expertise in a single framework or technology.
More recently, a significant part of my work has involved LLM-based systems, AI-assisted software development, agentic workflows, and integrating AI into real production processes rather than treating it as a standalone feature.
A significant part of my career has involved creating and leading development teams, building products from the ground up, designing engineering workflows, and solving problems that cross the boundaries between application code, infrastructure and business requirements. I am also a certified Scrum Master and Scrum Developer, and have studied networking through CCNA and CCNP coursework.
Today I still write code, but increasingly focus on architecture, technical direction, performance, product decisions, AI-enabled systems, and helping teams turn difficult problems into working software.
